Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Please note the following terms before placing your order:
• Each outfit is made to order and individually handcrafted to meet your custom preferences.
• Orders will only be processed from the date full payment is received.
• Our production and shipping timeframe is up to 2 weeks from the date of payment.
• As each piece is customized, we encourage customers to double-check all details, including sizing and specifications, before completing the order.

We take great care in ensuring quality and accuracy in every piece we produce. In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and original parcel opening video ,order details, and we will assess the situation accordingly.
